Can I return or exchange a piece of jewelry?
We hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you’re not, we’re happy to offer a refund or an exchange. All unused items you wish to return for a full refund must be sent back to CbyC Jewelry within 14 business days of receipt. Exchanges are available up to 30 days after receiving the item. Please note that CbyC Jewelry is not responsible for items during return shipping, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I order jewelry as gifts directly for the recipient?
